What lies at the heart of the work of the BFO Center is the constant reminder of the late Foreign Affairs Secretary Blas F. Ople who said, "Always strive to be kind to others." By being kind to those in dire need, we hope to build a better, more peaceful, and kinder world.

Seasons Greetings! I am really interested in knowing more about your work. I am a PhD student from ANU (Australia) and am here in the Philippines now, undertaking my fieldwork on the topic on environmental migration. Is there anyway, I can contact your office to find out more about your work?
